A few weeks ago I did aerial photography shooting video with my Canon camera. I used a homebrew picavet to hold the camera and helium balloons. This is like Kite Aerial Photography (KAP) but with balloons.

My first 2 balloon video flights
We launched my Canon point'n'shoot camera with a handful of helium balloons. Here's the video that little Canon caught. Too bad it was zoomed in so close.
I built a picavet rig to stabize the camera. And it worked!
