I go online and reserve a rental car. I give them my name, dates and time of pickup and dropoff, credit card info, address and phone, whatever they ask for. And I've rented from them for years.
So what's the first thing they do? Ask me all of this again and type. And type. And type some more. I swear it would be faster if I walked up to the counter cold and did it from scratch. Tell me how technology is helping either side here.
