If you've ever thought about putting a camera or GPS up in a balloon or attached to a kite, you'll have to figure out how to attach it. I discovered the picavet cross used in Kite Aerial Photography (KAP) and made my own out of recycled materials and misc. hardware store parts for under $10. It worked too!
